As a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing properties that match their criteria, and guiding them through the sales process. This role demands strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts to identify potential buyers and sellers in Dubai's real estate market.
  • Property Presentation: Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and investment potential. Conduct property tours and virtual presentations as needed.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and preferences to recommend properties that best meet their needs. Provide insights into market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties. Facilitate the transaction process from offer acceptance to closing.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai's real estate sector. Analyze comparable properties and prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) reports.
  • Documentation:* Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases. Ensure all documents are accurate and comply with legal requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, landlords, and other industry professionals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the brokerage or agency. Continuously seek opportunities to expand client base and increase sales volume.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other agents, brokers, and support staff to leverage resources, share market insights, and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven 2 years experience and track record in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai. Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Licenses: Valid UAE driving license and real estate license issued by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) in Dubai.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Dubai is beneficial.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to resolve conflicts and handle objections professionally.
  • Customer Focus: Client-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, property management systems, and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including property types, neighborhoods, pricing trends, and legal requirements.

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Office-based role with frequent fieldwork and property visits across Dubai.
  • Hours: 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Sunday off, including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules and property tours.
