As a Receptionist in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company with professionalism and hospitality. Your role is essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring efficient operations at the front desk. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance to uphold our brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude. Answer phone calls, screen and direct them appropriately. Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
- Visitor Coordination: Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar. Ensure visitors are promptly attended to and directed to the appropriate person or department. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and external parties to coordinate meetings and events. Relay messages and maintain communication flow within the office.
- Appearance and Presentation: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms) readily available.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall company objectives. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Female Arabic / Russian.
- Education: Bachelor degree. A degree in business, marketing, or any related & educational field required.
- Experience: Proven 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role. Experience in a corporate environment or hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Dubai is beneficial.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable appearance suitable for a corporate environment in Dubai.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Office-based role in Dubai Business Bay, UAE.
- Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm, Sunday off.
