On Thursday, master developer Emaar Properties unveiled the Dh100 billion Dubai Mansions project, which would include 40,000 opulent residences.

One of the city’s newest master-planned communities, Emaar Hills, is where the project is expected to rise.

A small selection of ultra-luxury houses with 10,000–20,000 square feet is part of the project.

According to the developer, residents will have easy access to a championship golf course, leisure and wellness centers, upscale shopping malls, and a system of beautifully designed parks that encourage harmony and community.

According to Emaar, Dubai Mansions is the jewel in the crown of Emaar Hills, a posh neighborhood that is among the most sought-after in the city.
